Appsolute Media · Enterprise software

We build first products for founders and core systems for enterprises.

Since 2008 we have taken founders from an idea to a working product, and built the operational systems large organizations depend on every day.

Not marketing sites. The software the business actually runs on.

What we do.

Three things. On most projects they show up together.

Enterprise system development
Whole systems, not features. We take responsibility for the full stack: the interfaces people work in, the services behind them, the data model underneath, and the integrations that tie it to everything else the business already runs. Multi-tenant, role-based and auditable, with the reporting and compliance posture a serious organization needs. These are systems measured in years of service, not sprints.
Process flow optimization
Before we build anything we follow the work as it actually happens: who approves what, where things wait, which spreadsheet everyone relies on. Then we rebuild the path without the steps that only survive out of habit.
Building from the ground up
We work with founders who have an idea and no product yet. That means pressure-testing the idea until it is something buildable, choosing an architecture that will not need throwing away after the first few hundred customers, and shipping a first version real people can use. Then staying with it as the company grows into it.

Selected work.

Three kinds of engagement, from a platform we have run for years to a single well-scoped project.

Enterprise platforms

Complete systems built end to end for organizations that depend on them daily.

Sodexo

An end-to-end system for high-volume catering: order to kitchen to delivery to billing

We built the platform that runs catering operations in some of the busiest venues in the country: convention centers, stadiums, arenas, racetracks and theatres. An event planner or exhibitor places an order. The kitchen sees what it has to produce and when. The delivery gets scheduled to the right room at the right hour. The whole thing bills out at the end. One system, start to finish, at a volume where a dropped order is a visible failure in front of thousands of people.

It runs today as part of Sodexo Live, and we continue to develop and support it.

Companies that came to us with an idea and no product. We built the first version and everything after it.

Guesst

Every point-of-sale in a portfolio, reporting as one

We built Guesst from the ground up as a startup. It aggregates and normalizes sales data across the major cloud POS systems, then uses that data to calculate percentage rent, royalties and marketing fees automatically against breakpoints, and to settle them on daily, weekly or monthly cycles. Large retail landlords like Rockefeller Center and Chelsea Piers use it today.

A virtual surgical assistant, from patient phone to physician dashboard

Amie gives surgical patients real-time pre- and post-operative instructions on their phone, while giving physicians a dashboard to monitor progress and catch problems early. The work spans a patient mobile app, a clinician-facing monitoring interface, connected-device vitals capture, and a HIPAA-compliant data path end to end, built to reduce same-day cancellations and readmissions.

Focused projects

One well-defined problem, scoped and delivered. Not every engagement needs to be a platform.

A quiz engine built to move holiday traffic

We built a quiz engine deployed across the holiday season with a single job: drive page views. It shipped into the highest-traffic, least-forgiving window of the publishing calendar, on a brand where the polish has to match the name on the masthead.

Screenvision

Website rebrand and rebuild for a national advertising network

Screenvision sells cinema advertising to national brands across a network of theatres. We rebuilt their corporate website on a new brand identity, covering both the advertiser-facing side of the business and the theatre network behind it.

Who we are.

Appsolute Media is an enterprise software company. We design, build and operate the systems large organizations depend on to run their business.

We work at both ends of the scale, with global operators like Sodexo and with companies building their first platform, as Guesst was when we started. The range of the work is wide: catering operations across major venues, sales and revenue reporting for retail real estate, and a HIPAA-compliant patient monitoring platform.

Our engagements do not end at launch. We have been developing and supporting some of our systems continuously for more than a decade.
